HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
10-15 working days for arrival once the order has been placed. We are working hard to pack and deliver your order as quickly as possible.
If you are an Australian customer, please track your shipment on the Australia Post website one week after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Our warehouse is closed on Saturday. For orders placed on or the day before Saturday, delivery time will be extended by 1 - 2 working days.

Due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to certain remote areas, we reserve our right to cancel your order and/or make such an order subject to additional terms and conditions. Our Customer Service team will notify you of cancellation and/or such conditions as soon as reasonably practicable after you place your order.
HOW MUCH ARE DELIVERY COSTS?
Ultimate 8 Sports applies a flat shipping rate per delivery address.
The shipping fee is set at $15 for each address.

2. Most orders begin processing as soon as your online purchase is completed.
HOW LONG AFTER I RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?
Your online tracking information will be available to you as soon as our delivery team updates our system. Please allow 2-3 days for this to occur as sometimes there can be a small delay with this.
CAN MY DELIVERY ADDRESS BE DIFFERENT FROM MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Yes, it is possible. During the checkout process, you can choose different addresses.
Please note that this option is only valid for addresses within the same country.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER AND DELIVERY STATUS?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link to track your order online. You will then be able to track your order via the online tracker. As this relies on our delivery team to update, please allow 2-3 days for this information to be updated.
WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN RETURNED TO THE SENDER?
There are two reasons why the courier has not been able to deliver your order:
• Incorrect shipping address (normally missing the flat/unit number); or
• Item has not been collected within the required time frame from your local post office.
