• If any of your items are unavailable, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible so you may choose alternatives.

• You will receive an email confirming when your order has been dispatched which will include your tracking number.

• Don't forget to double-check your email and postal address are correct before you order to ensure you receive your order confirmation and despatch email.

• If you don't receive any confirmations please check your junk folder or send an email to our customer service team.

• Orders are despatched 2-3 working days from placing your order.
